Cancellation requests will not be accepted after dispatch, especially for live or perishable items. Eligible cancellations will be refunded within 3 working days to your bank account.
We provide All India Shipping for all live aquatic plants, aquarium accessories, and fish food listed on our platform.
Shipping availability for certain products may vary based on regional restrictions or product-specific limitations. Any such conditions will be clearly mentioned in the respective product descriptions.
All orders placed up to Saturday are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Tracking details will be shared via email and updated on your order page once the shipment is dispatched.
Deliveries are strictly home delivery only. Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive the package. If not received, we will not be able to process refunds or replacements.
Refund & Shipping Policy for Northern India Shipments
Due to increased risk of transit issues over long distances, orders shipped to Northern India are eligible for a 50% refund in the event of damage or loss during transit. Alternatively, 100% replacement can be arranged in your next order, but in such cases, the courier charges will be borne by the customer.
Shipping Schedule & Delivery Timeline
To minimize the chances of damage during transit, we dispatch shipments only on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- Order Cut-off: Orders placed between Monday and Saturday are processed on a First-Come First-Served (FCFS) basis, starting the following Monday.
- Delivery Timeline:
- Minimum Delivery Time: 24 hours
- Maximum Delivery Time: 6 days

- DTDC – Aquatic plants, accessories, and food
- India Post (Speed Post) – For Northern India regions where other couriers are unavailable
COVID-19 Advisory
- Delivery may not be available in containment zones or government-declared hotspots.
- In such cases, customers may:
- Wait until restrictions are lifted, or
- Request a refund, which will be processed promptly
Please note: In rare instances, you may be asked to collect the parcel from the nearest courier hub if home delivery is not feasible. However, over 90% of shipments are successfully delivered to your doorstep.
