At Aquashoppe, we ensure that every shipment is packed with the utmost care and quality. However, transit-related issues can occasionally occur. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our replacement and refund process:

  • We maintain a very low damage rate of just 5% during shipping.
  • Any claim for damage or loss on arrival must be reported immediately via phone and followed up with photos sent through email or WhatsApp within 3 hours of receiving the shipment.
  • Claims made after 3 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

To raise a claim, please call us first and then provide the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Number of items received defective/damaged
  • Clear photo of the defective item placed on top of the invoice (which we send along with your order)
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Damaged products will either be replaced in your next order or refunded, depending on product availability. Limited items available only in certain states may not be eligible for replacement.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • We may not be able to offer refunds if delays occur due to unexpected lockdowns or natural calamities such as floods or heavy rains.
  • Once the item is added to your tank or setup, we cannot process replacements or refunds for issues caused thereafter. Please ensure your water parameters and setup are suitable before introducing the item. Refer to our blog for proper guidelines.
  • Orders are shipped between Monday and Tuesday for all orders placed until Saturday.
  • Tracking details will be shared via email and updated on the order page once dispatched.
  • If the shipment is not received by anyone at the delivery address, we cannot process a refund.
  • All shipments are home delivered.
  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order is dispatched, especially if it includes live or perishable items.
  • If a customer cancels an eligible order, refunds will be processed within 3 working days to the bank account.

In case of natural disasters or emergencies in your area after placing the order, you must inform us in advance before we dispatch the shipment. Otherwise, refunds will not be possible.
